This ten-week empowerment program teaches students about anti-bullying and conflict resolution issues and skills. In the process, they learn important life skills that they will be able to use to resolve stressful emotions, positively shift perceptions and build self-confidence. The program manual includes scripted dialogues and a host of unique fun exercises that allow students to creatively explore their feelings, gain new ways of processing their emotions and thereby discover new understandings to help them build their personal resiliency. Also included are reproducible forms such as parent-permission, confidentiality and parent surveys.
